Production Notes: Over the course of a few months we would connect with local makers documenting their passions. To expand our reach of talent, satellite content pods from across the country would capture other doers in their respective professions. Historical footage was incorporated to reflect on the history of our industrial American heritage. The authenticity of storytelling was amplified by the range of unique talent that conveyed a rugged sense of pride. With the emphasis on preparation each craftsperson would demonstrate how hard work, dedication and resilience of a maker culture creates wonderful products and services. Since so much of what we originate comes directly from our own hands, they became our focus. Tense instrumental music allowed the visuals to remain prominent while conveying the right amount of grit. This was an homage to all those who get it done their own way.
