Production Notes: Co-directors Daniel and Katina are a talented duo. Not afraid to lean into what they believe is right. But their reluctance to be collaborative during production is not ideal. They relegate client and agency partners to an off set motorhome. Their documentary style produces natural performances using real people, mostly friends. They try not to fabricate set dressings or fret over making things too perfect. And that works very well. But when it comes to practicing a true commercial discipline it leaves you wanting more supervision of the craft. Precisely structured content is not their forte. However what they do deliver on is wonderful montage of emotional visuals that convey so much about a moment in time.
